OVER COMING SUFFERING IN A BY POLLAR WORLD 2

SORR0W frustration pain complete disappointments anger  sexual frustration greed super ego ,they all can be transform through the practice of mindful meditation by observing the rise and fall of emotions finding what trigger them finding the cause of their origin you can transform them in to a form of compassion and by maintaining inner silence and keeping  in mind the inter relatedness to all humans and all living creatures and plants knowing that as you  suffer so do others and the relieved of their suffering is more important then your own you will notice that your own pain will gradually dissipate you will be restore to tranquility in the case you have being diagnose with a mental illness like by polar disorder is hard to practice at first but in the small moments of clarity don't despair simply feel the sunlight in your face feel the wind look at the trees lay on the grass slowly start observing your mind you will know when is about to give you the paranoid thoughts and feelings but remember that those thoughts are not real that those feelings are not real their not solid is only your untamed mind the fear will go away you Will start ruling your own mind when the mind is tire alternate from observing your mind to observing your senses like breading practice practice practice

  1. when we come obses or atach we donot want to let goo of jobs,relationships,a source of income or position,or atach to many things like cars,electronics,you name it or non fisical things ,like problems in a relationhip emotional issius in family also emotional problems at work,but yet we are stuburn we fight and everybody wants to win that is atachment it is obsurd so when you observe at your self and you create awarness of your own situation you can defenately watch when your own emotions start to take over then you make a decision and say I will not engage in my own situation I will allow it to subcide,in other words will notgive more volume to a situation all ready inflated that is when you practising NON ATTACHMENT you simply observe the rise and fall of your own emotions that is when you will find PEACE BY PRACTISING NOT BY PRAYING THAT IS WHY I SAY PRACTICE,PRACTICE,PRACTICE
